Delivery and payments


  • We ship within Poland via InPost and DPD courier companies. They guarantee quick and timely delivery of parcels to the indicated address on the next business day.
  • International shipments are made via DPD and UPS. Delivery may take 2-5 business days.
  • Parcels are insured.
  • Orders to countries outside the European Union may involve additional fees, such as customs duties and VAT, on the recipient's side. As the sender, we are not responsible for the amount of these fees.

The delivered parcel is damaged - what now?

If the parcel delivered by the courier shows clear signs of damage, the box is torn, the contents seem to be damaged, or the box is covered with courier tape - please take photos of the damaged parcel and prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier. If this was not possible during delivery, please contact the appropriate carrier's service department to place an order for such a report to be prepared.

Writing a damage report does not trigger the complaint procedure. After writing the damage report, you must submit an official complaint.

Please also inform us immediately by e-mail so that we can file a complaint about the damaged parcel with the courier company.

All parcels we send are insured, and the customer's complaint reported at the time of parcel delivery is crucial for us to claim compensation from the courier company.

By selecting the "cash on delivery" option, the customer undertakes to collect and pay for the order.

When choosing to pay by traditional transfer, the customer must take into account the possibility of extending the order processing time.
