Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We kindly ask you to return the products according to the returns procedure and place a new order in the online store.
Please return the products with a completed return form. This will allow us to efficiently process the refund to your account.
Complaint
LILLABEL products offered on the website www.lillabel.com are brand new and covered by a warranty against hidden defects. The buyer is entitled to rights in this respect for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
For complaints about a faulty product, please contact us by email shop@lillabel.com. Please attach a completed complaint form and photos showing the defect. We will contact you to determine the next steps in the complaint process.
Complaints are considered immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complained product.
If the complaint is deemed justified, we will fulfill the claim in accordance with applicable legal provisions regarding warranty.
Order
To combine orders or add a product to an existing order, please contact us by phone at 601 404 790 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or by e-mail. shop@lillabel.com
If your order has already been processed and packed by our warehouse, unfortunately we will not be able to add anything to your parcel.
We try to fulfill all orders immediately (unless the product page states an extended waiting time). The delivery time in Poland is 1-2 business days.
In the event of delays due to our fault, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone.
If the package delivered by the courier shows clear signs of damage, the box is torn, the contents seem to be damaged, or the box is sealed with courier tape - please file a complaint immediately with the courier who delivered the order and fill out a damage report with the carrier. Please also inform us immediately by e-mail so that we can make a complaint about the damaged package with the courier company.
All parcels we send are insured, and a customer complaint submitted at the time of delivery is crucial for us to be able to claim compensation from the courier company.
