Returns
We guarantee the possibility of returning the goods without giving a reason within 14 business days from the date of receiving the shipment.
The returned goods cannot show any traces of use.
The procedure for returning goods in a few simple steps:
- In order to return the purchased goods, the Customer should inform the Seller of his/her intention to return the purchase within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
- A sample withdrawal form can be found at this link.If you are unable to print the form, please write down the necessary data by hand on a piece of paper.
- The declaration can be sent by e-mail to shop@lillabel.com, with "Return [order number]" in the subject line.
- Please send the returned goods together with the printed declaration and proof of purchase to the following address:

*Please make sure that the returned goods are sent via a trusted institution, as we are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during transport.
*The cost of transporting the returned product is borne by the Buyer. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
The refund will be made within 14 business days from the date we receive the package with the returned goods. The refund will be made by transfer to the account indicated by the Customer in the Return Form.
Complaints
When receiving the ordered goods, please check the condition and contents of the delivered parcel. In case of any damage or discrepancy, please contact our store shop@lillabel.com. Complaints arising from this will only be accepted if a complaint protocol is prepared in the presence of the person delivering the shipment.
LILLABEL products offered on the website www.lillabel.com are brand new and covered by a warranty against hidden defects. The buyer is entitled to this right for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
The Customer may inform the Seller about the intention to submit a complaint by e-mail, sending a statement to shop@lillabel.com, entering "Complaint [order number]" in the subject of the message.

Complaints are considered immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the complained product.
If the complaint is deemed justified, we will fulfill the complaint in accordance with applicable legal provisions regarding warranty.
